Message	or for that matter he could just have a shop do the install and tell them it needs to be wired in series and NOT parallel. Based on the fact that he didn't know what "series" meant, he should probably opt to have it done by someone qualified. :) : What is easy for you, might cause someone else to need a new ECU or worse.
